Rite Aid Diaper Deals

I was going to buy 1 pk of diapers at Rite Aid anyway - 'cause they work out to be free. But I am once again alarmed at the surprising rate at which you go through diapers with a newborn. : ) So I figure I had better buy them now while they are cheap, so I don't end up having to rush out at the last minute and pay full price for them.

I put this scenario together to obtain diapers for $4.49 a jumbo pk, plus a couple of free extras.

2 Huggies (pg. 12) Jumbo pk. diapers or Pull-Ups $8.99/1 - 2 $1.50/1 (diapers Printable - While this coupon does have a Target logo on it, it is a MFC and is still good at RA; $2/1 (Pull-Ups Printable) = $14.98/2
- 2 $1/1 (Rite Aid Dec. & Jan. Video Value coupon - There is a coupon for diapers and another for Pull-Ups) = $12.98/2
(- $1 SCR = $5.49/1 - If you haven't already used it. I have, so I didn't include this in my total below.)

2 Cadbury eggs (pg. 8) $1/2 - $.50/2 (January Rite Aid Video Value coupon) = $.50/2

1 Cottonelle moist wipes (pg. 9) $1.99/1 - $1/1 (Printable) = $0.99
- $0.50/1 in-ad coupon = $0.49/1

Total before coupons = $20.97
- $5/20 Rite Aid Video Values coupon
- $7 (in MFC and Rite Aid Video Value coupons)
Total OOP = $8.97 + tax

While this purchase is only costing me money, it still works out to free in the end since overall I have made more money at Rite Aid this month than I have spent there.

  1. Hey, let me know if you are ever interested in baby item coupons from my paper inserts. I currently have no need for them, so I don't follow the deals. :)

  2. Thank you very much! I can't believe I have 3 in diapers (well one in Pull-Ups). I'm going to have to transition Isaiah out of Pull-Ups quickly!! 'Cause otherwise the rate at which I can acquire free diapers is going to get swallowed up by the rate we go through them. : )
