Amazon is currently running a sale on All You Magazine (I have no idea how long the sale will last). The only place that you can purchase All You in stores is at Walmart. Unfortunately I can't remember the newsstand price, but it is around $3. (Every issue of All You is filled with coupons. October's issue contains coupon savings of $82.22.)
$14.95 is a good price for a year's subscription. That comes out to $1.25 an issue. I can't remember what the very lowest I've seen a year's subscription go for, but I know this is the lowest I've seen it in months and months. (I'm going to have to see how much longer I have on my subscription.)
