Rite Aid 4/25 to 5/1

A couple of notes to start with:
  1. Make sure you know RiteAid'sCouponPolicy. Print out a copy to keep with you. This will be a great help when you get a cashier, or even a manager, who doesn't know the policy.
  2. Go to Rite Aid AdPerks to watch videos and earn Rite Aid Video Value coupons. You will be able to earn a $5/$20 Rite Aid coupon, as well as a coupon for each product for which you watch a video. There does not appear to be a limit as to how many Video Values accounts you can have per address. . . so sign up your husband, and the rest of your family, and earn more coupons if desired.
  3. Print out and take additional $5/$20 coupons with you. Remember, the $5/$20 coupon is only available after you watch enough AdPerks videos. (Rite Aid Video Values only allows you to choose to print the coupon one time. You can not go back and choose to print it again later. That being said, when you originally choose to print the coupon a print screen will pop up. On that print screen it has a place for you to type in how many times you want the page printed. I try to print out at least 20 for the month as I average using around 5 a week. NOTE that the coupon is good for 2 months. So if I have any extra I just use them the following month.)
  4. Rite Aid has just rolled out their new program Wellness+ nationwide. If you haven't already done so, sign up for your rewards card online or in stores.
Wellness+ coupons here (**These are the good values!!**) for $3/$15, $2/1 cosmetic purchase $2.99+, $2/1 vitamin purchase $5.99+, $2/1 cough or allergy purchase $2.99+   All exp. 5/1/10!

All my scenarios will reflect my personal goal to either make money or at least not to have spent any at the end of the month - after I get my Single Check Rebate, Rite Aid gift cards, and/or MIR checks.

**Unless otherwise indicated, there is a limit of one single check rebate per item.

I loved seeing the scenarios that H.K. put together last week! I'm going to try something different. This week I'll list the coupon match-ups. Please share the scenarios that you put together. I'll also put together a few of my own.

Purchase #1 - will add later

  1. Hey Erin.

Good work. Thanks for your hard work.

Just a few things - The $1 VV Stayfree coupon is for 28+ count and the Stayfree that is on sale is only up to 24 count. So, won't work (well, it might work but it wouldn't be right to use the coupon incorrectly).

And, the free Kashi cereal coupon from Vocal Point has a maximum value of 4.00. So, looks like 2 won't be entirely free. Bummer.

And, I have found that when I use my wellness card, it only takes my percentage off (20% in my case) when the items are at regular price. I will be interested to see if the 20% will work on the Coke with a coupon and all. Will have to wait and try.

    Thanks again.

  2. Oh, sorry. Want to update my comment.
The VV Coke bogo coupon appears to be only for individual bottles; not the 6 packs. So, that won't work anyway.

  3. Kristen,

I think we must have just missed each other. I'd noted both of those things in my post, updated it, and then noticed your comments . . . : )

Yeah, the VV Coke coupon is for the 20 oz individual bottles.

I'd just written a note about the Stayfree too. There are some 24 ct. plus 8 "bonus" pks (so 32 ct.) that I think you should be able to use the coupon on.

I hadn't noticed the $4 max. on the Kashi cereal yet. It would sill come out free if you used a $1.50 coupon in addition to the FREE coupon. Thanks for the heads up on that one!!

    Erin

  4. Just received my Wellness card in the mail today. What do you mean by don't forget to "scan your card"?

  5. Laurie,

: ) Just that it's easy to forget to give the cashier your Wellness+ card when you're checking out. Since the Wellness+ card is new in many areas, the cashiers aren't remembering to ask for it yet, and it's easy for the customers to forget to hand it over. It's happened to me. : )
