I made it to Giant Eagle once . . . but I forgot to take a picture before I put my purchases away. I came this close to taking everything back out so that I could take a picture, and then I realized how silly this would be. I spent $16.45 OOP. I purchased a whole ham and a lot of other things. When/if I find my receipt, I'll type them up here. I also spent $40+ change on 20 lbs. ground beef (95% lean) thanks to a friend : ) who had a raincheck for an unlimited amount at that price.
I made it out to Rite Aid on two different days. My purchases can be seen in the two pictures below. 7 or so transactions on the first day and 5 different transactions on the second day. I never payed more than a $1 on any transaction AND I used a Rite Aid gift card (which I earned a while back) to pay for every transaction. So really, it cost me nothing OOP. I earned money after SCR and +UP Rewards - over $50!
I also made it to a couple of other stores last week. . . . but I'm not going to list them here or post pictures. They were Christmas gifts for friends and family. But let's just say that my very frugal shopping methods were employed at those stores as well. : )
Great job! I need to start learning how to work the kitty food in :)
ReplyDeleteI went to Rite Aid last week but the one I went to didn't have any of the frozen food items or the air wick candles. Was very upset about that. And I never had a chance to go back out. My coupons will probably expire for the air wick before they have another deal...
ReplyDeleteSaweet! There was only 2 eco-things left when I went on Saturday. I spent $1 something OOP including some MINT chocolate that I need for Christmas baking (no great deal on those) and ended up with like $20UP left over. Pic forthcoming. :)
ReplyDeleteBreana,
ReplyDeleteI almost hate to say it . . . but none of the food was frozen or even refridgerated for that matter. It was all on the regular old shelf . . .
: )
