Rite Aid 3/28 to 4/3

A couple of notes to start with:
  1. Make sure you know RiteAid'sCouponPolicy. Print out a copy to keep with you. This will be a great help when you get a cashier, or even a manager, who doesn't know the policy.
  2. Go to Rite Aid AdPerks to watch videos and earn Rite Aid Video Value coupons. You will be able to earn a $5/$20 Rite Aid coupon, as well as a coupon for each product for which you watch a video.
  3. Print out and take additional $3/15 coupons (expires 3/31) and $5/$20 coupons with you. Remember, the $5/$20 coupon is only available after you watch enough AdPerks videos. (Rite Aid Video Values only allows you to choose to print the coupon one time. You can not go back and choose to print it again later. That being said, when you originally choose to print the coupon a print screen will pop up. On that print screen it has a place for you to type in how many times you want the page printed. I try to print out at least 20 for the month as I average using around 5 a week. NOTE that the coupon is good for 2 months. So if I have any extra I just use them the following month.)
All my scenarios will reflect my personal goal to either make money or at least not to have spent any at the end of the month - after I get my Single Check Rebate, Rite Aid gift cards, and/or MIR checks.

**Unless otherwise indicated, there is a limit of one single check rebate per item.

  1. Hey Erin,

There is also a 50% of your purchase price MIR that was in the USA Weekend in the newspaper Sunday a week ago. March 19-21. There is a website not sure if you can print the form. WWW.usaweekend.com.

  2. Debbie,

I'm assuming that you're referring to the Prevacid. I did not get the USA Weekend. (It would have been in the Tribune correct?)

  3. Erin,

I am sorry that I wasn't clear. Yes, to both of the questions. I always buy an equal number of both papers so I don't miss anything. It was a week ago though.

  4. Debbie,

I generally get at least 1 Tribune, but I didn't that week. Several friends also get multiple papers, so they might have an extra. It is only 1 MIR per household, correct?

  6. For any of you with toddlers, Orajel is B1G1. I'm not sure what the shelf price is, but there are $1/1 Orajel Product coupons (SS 10/18/09).

I haven't seen a good deal on baby toothpaste recently, so I might take RA up on this sale.

  7. Hello! I have a question: every time I call customer service, I'm told that Video Values coupons count as manufacturer's coupons and cannot be stacked. I keep reading on other blogs that this isn't true, but then, if this is the answer you get from calling corporate, what more can you do to convince a manager that Video Values coupons are Rite Aid coupons?

  8. How can I get the wellness coupon for the 2/2.99 vitamins? I signed up and all i get is the one with the 1/1.99 shave stuff ?

  9. Sarah,

I just wanted to let you know that I did see your question and I'm working on it. I'll probably not be able to answer until late this afternoon.

If anyone else has an email from RA or something else that addresses this, feel free to post.

    Erin

  10. The Wellness coupons for the vitamins have been pulled down. Rite Aid has done that to us several times now - pulled them down before they expire.

  11. Sarah,

I was not able to find a concise answer (one that you could take in to show the store) for you. What I did find was numerous people who had EMAILED Rite Aid's customer service with the same issue. In each case Rite Aid either emailed them back stating that they could indeed use a VV coupon with a MFC, or Rite Aid contacted the manager directly (you'd have to provide store # and other info) to clear up the problem (customers reported either the store manager or RA corporate contacting them to appologize).

    I hope this helps.

  12. Hi Erin,

I finally got a response from customer service. I had to send a bunch of emails back and forth to get the level of detail I wanted.

This is what I have from two different emails with the same customer service rep: "The Rite Aid video value coupons are Rite Aid coupons paid for by the manufacture. You cannot print more than one of the coupons as stated on the website."

"You can only use one video value coupon with a manufacture coupon. You can only use one video value coupon at a time as it is one per customer."

  13. Sarah,

Thanks for sharing the details of the emails from RA. I'm glad that you were able to get an answer. I will work to divide up the items so that only one VV coupon/same item is used per transaction.
