Rite Aid Deal and Transaction Scenarios 6/5 to 6/11

New to Rite Aid shopping? Visit the RiteAid page for more information.

All my scenarios will reflect my personal goal to either make money or at least not to have spent any at the end of the month - after I get my Single Check Rebate, Rite Aid gift cards, and/or MIR checks.

**Unless otherwise indicated, there is a limit of one single check rebate per item.

If I roll the +UP Rewards from one transaction to the next, I will end up paying a total of $2.43 OOP for products with a sale value of $84.01 (that is, if I didn't have any +UP Rewards from previous weeks . . . which, of course, I do). I will have earned $7.99 in SCRs which will get sent to me in check form (that I can cash at the bank) at the end of the month. I will receive a MIR check for $0. And I will have $16 in +UP Rewards left for other purchases this week or next. That's like MAKEing $21.56 on products with a sale value of $84.01! I'll also have $31.07 towards the $15 +UP Reward wyb $50 select sun care products. (If you followed my scenarios last week you already have $17.89 towards this +UP Reward. $17.89 from last week + $31.07 from this week = $48.96 towards +UP Reward.)

  1. Hey Erin,

Since the new RA coupon policy went in to effect, my RA will not take all of the coupons you have listed for the Veet. They will only take (1) 48 or 49 and a MFC for each item. The ad coupons and the VV are 48's or 49's so at my RA I could either us the ad or the VV but not both. I didn't know if anyone else had the some situation which would change the OOP but would still be a great deal. Debbie

  2. Debbie, sorry to take so long to answer you. Yes, that is official RA policy. It has been for the past 2 years or so, but it was never enforced. In fact, on many occasions RA's ad encouraged the use of VV coupons with RA in-ad coupons (maybe that's why it was never enforced). So, when I saw it once again in the new coupon policy I didn't really think twice about it. I will be interested to see what RA's future ads contain . . .

Hope you and your family are doing well. Say "hi" to everyone. : ) Miss seeing you at GE Sunday morning after church.

    Erin
