Rite Aid Deal and Transaction Scenarios 7/24 to 7/30

New to Rite Aid shopping? Visit the RiteAid page for more information.

All my scenarios will reflect my personal goal to either make money or at least not to have spent any at the end of the month - after I get my Single Check Rebate, Rite Aid gift cards, and/or MIR checks.

**Unless otherwise indicated, there is a limit of one single check rebate per item.

I'm not seeing very much . . . yet. I'll let you know if things improve.

Purchase #1

2 Reach Toothbrush (1 ct.) $2.99/1 = $5.98/2
- $2/2 Reach Toothbrush, exp. 8/8/11 (SS 05/08/11) = $3.98/2
[or $1/1 Select Listerine or Reach Products, exp. 12/31/11 (SS 04/17/11)]
[or $1/1 Reach Toothbrush, exp. 12/31/11 (ALL YOU Jul '11)]
- 2 $1/1 Reach Toothbrushes August RA VV coupons (use your spouces' too) = $1.98/2
- 2 $1 +UP Rewards (Limit 2) = MAKE $0.02

2 Kellogg's Corn Flakes $1.88/1 = $3.76/2
- 2 $1/1 Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal Printable = $1.76/2 ($0.88/1)

2 Sunglasses (There should be some glasses for $9.99/1) B1G1 50% off = $14.99/2
- $5/1 Foster Grant Sunglasses July RA VV coupon = $9.99/2
- $5/1 StyleScience Sunglasses July RA VV coupon = $4.99/2
- 2 $2 +UP Rewards (Limit 4) = $0.99/2

Total before coupons $24.73
- $3/$15 RA survey coupon
- $16 (in MFC and RA coupons)
Total OOP $5.73 (Remember to use previously earned +UP Rewards to lower your OOP costs.)
earn 2 $1 +UP Rewards from Reach
earn 2 $2 +UP Rewards from Sunglasses
(like MAKEing $0.27 on everything in this scenario!)

I will end up paying a total of $5.73 OOP for products with a sale value of $24.73 (that is, if I didn't have any +UP Rewards from previous weeks . . . which, of course, I do). I will have earned $0 in SCRs which will get sent to me in check form (that I can cash at the bank) at the end of the month. I will receive a MIR check for $0. And I will have $6 in +UP Rewards left for other purchases this week or next. That's like MAKEing $0.27 on products with a sale value of $24.73!
