Rite Aid is my favorite store this week!! There appear to be many great deals with all the B1G1 offers. However, until I go to the store myself, I will not know prices of many of the items - so I'll be doing a little guess work.
Purchase #1 (possibly #2 - see NOTE below)
6 Cover Girl Clean liquid/powder makeup (pg. 1) B1G1 (around $6.59/1) - 6 $1/1 (11/29/PG - exp. 12/31/09) = $13.77
- 3 $2 SCR (limit 5) = $7.77/6 (You might be able to get the SCR on the FREE items, but I am not confident of this. If so, 5 $2 SCRs would = $3.77/6)
2 BeneVia (pg. 7) 8 oz. 4 pk. B1G1 ($8.99/1) - 2 $5/1 (11/14/SS; Printable) = make $1.01
- 2 $2 (Rite Aid Dec. Video Values coupon) = make $5.01
Total before coupons = $28.76
- $5/25 Printable (or $5/20 Rite Aid Video Values coupon)
- $20 (in MFC and Rite Aid Video Values coupons)
Total OOP = $3.76 + tax
- $6 SCR (or $10 SCR if you are able to collect on all 5 Cover Girl makeups)
Make $2.24 - tax (or make $6.24 - tax)
NOTE: If the 6 Cover Girl makeups qualify you for the 5 SCR's only do this transaction 1 time. If not do this transaction twice.
NOTE: $2/1 WellnessCoupons can also be used for the Cover Girl makeup. These can be combined with the MFC coupons. If these are used then the total after 6 MFC and 6 Wellness coupons would be $1.77. Subtract the SCR and you are making money. Note however, that if you use Wellness coupons, your total OOP cost will be -$8.24. You MUST add on at least $8.24 to your total to be able to complete your transaction and have a $0 OOP. This would give you a profit of $6 to $10.
Purchase #2
1 Crest toothpaste twin pack (pg. 2) $4.49/1 - $1/1 (12/6/RP) = $3.49/1
- $1.75 SCR = $1.74
1 Oral-B Cross Action power brush (pg. 2) $5/1 - $3/1 (12/27/PG) = $2/1
- $2 SCR = FREE
1 Crest toothpaste (pg. 2) $2.49 - $1/1 (12/6/RP; 12/27/PG) = $1.49
- $1 SCR = $0.49/1
1 Colgate 360 toothbrush (pg. 5) $2.49 - $0.75/1 (Printable) = $1.74
6 SoyJoy bars (pg. 5) 1.06 oz. $0.60/1 ($3.60/6) - 3 B1G1 (11/1/SS - exp. 12/31/09) = $1.80/6
- $3 SCR = make $1.20
1 Kotex (pg. 5) $2.99 ($1/1 coupons were in several home mailers and in All You Oct. '09)
- $2 SCR = $0.99/1
2 BeneVia (pg. 7) 8 oz. 4 pk. B1G1 ($8.99/1) - 2 $5/1 (11/14/SS; Printable) = make $1.01
- 2 $2 (Rite Aid Dec. Video Values coupon) = make $5.01
Total before coupons = $30.05
- $5/25 (Printable) (or $5/20 Rite Aid Video Values coupon)
- $21.55 (in MFC and Rite Aid Video Values coupons)
Total OOP = $3.50 + tax
- $9.75 SCR
Make $6.25 - tax
NOTE: $1/1 WellnessCoupon can also be used for any oral care item. These can be combined with the MFC coupons. If these are used then the total OOP after 4 Wellness coupons would be -$0.50. Add at least a $0.50 candy bar to bring your total OOP to $0. This would give you a profit of $9.75 after SCR.
Purchase #3 (Must use Wellness coupons)
2 N.Y.C. color cosmetics (pg. 4) B1G1 50% off (find 2 items $4/1 if possible or less; must be at least $2/1) - $1/1 (All You Dec'09 - or 2 of these coupons if you have them) = $5/2
- 2 $2/1 WellnessCoupon = $1/2
- $1 SCR = FREE
2 Revlon eye shadows (pg. 4) B1G1 50% off (find 2 items around $5.50/1 if possible or less; must be at least $2/1) - 2 $2/1 (12/13/SS) = $4.25/2
- 2 $2/1 WellnessCoupon = $0.25/2
1 Almay eye cosmetics (pg. 4) $6.99/1 - $1/1 (Printable - While this coupon does have a Target logo on it, it is a MFC and is still good at RA.) = $5.99/1
- $2/1 WellnessCoupon = $3.99/1
- $2 SCR = $1.99/1
1 Clearasil skin care (pg. 5) $3.99/1 - $2/1 (9/27/SS - exp. 12/31/09) = $1.99
- $2/1 WellnessCoupon = make $0.01
Total before coupons = around $25.23
- $5/25 (Printable) (or $5/20 Rite Aid Video Values coupon)
- $20 (in MFC and Wellness coupons)
Total OOP = $0.23 + tax
- $3 SCR
Make $2.77 - tax
NOTE: If you didn't get a chance to do this Olay deal last week, you get another chance this week.
Olay purchase:
2 Olay Quench body lotions $7.49/1 (or more expensive if you can find one) = $14.98 (or more)
2 Olay body wash (pg.1) B1G1 50% off (about $4.99/1 or $7.49/2) - 2 B1 body wash G1 body lotion (11/29/PG - exp. 12/31/09) = $7.49/2 body washes and 2 lotions
- OlayQuenchMIR = FREE plus profit (NOTE: This rebate can be done TWICE as long as everything is submitted in the same envelope.)
Total before coupons = at least $22.47
- $5/20 (Rite Aid Video Values coupon)
- at least $14.98 (in MFC)
Total OOP = $2.49 + tax
- at least $14.98 MIR
Make at least $12.49 - tax
NOTE: Use 2 $2/1 WellnessCoupons on the 2 lotions for even greater savings. This would give you an OOP cost of -$1.51. You would need to add an item that cost at least $1.51 onto your order in order to bring your OOP cost to $0 or more. This would give you a profit of $12.49.
Total end profit on all my purchases (not using any Welness coupons) is at least $23.22 - tax.
At the end of my shopping day (not using the Wellness coupons), I will have made $23.22 - tax to $24.98 - tax and take home $81.28 to $110.04 worth of sale merchandise (depending on whether or not I have to do Purchase #1 twice).
And using Wellness coupons my total end profit would be around $35.01 - tax. And I would take home at least $116.76 worth of sale merchandise.
UPDATE:
This week is just almost too good to be true. : )
Purchase #4
2 Olay Regenerist facial cleansers (pg. 1) 5 oz. (not pictured) B1G1 50% off ($7.99/1 or cheaper if you can find it) - 2 $3/1 (11/29/PG - exp. 12/31/09) = $5.99/2
- OlayRegeneristMIR = make $9.02
1 Always Infinity (pg. 3) 28-36 ct. $6.99
1 Always Infinity 14 to 18 ct. $?? (at least $2) - B1 28 to 36 ct. G1 14 to 18 ct. (12/27/PG) = $6.99/2
-$2 SCR = $4.99/2
Total before coupons = at least $20.98
- $5/20 (Rite Aid Video Values coupon)
- at least $8 (in MFC)
Total OOP = $7.98 + tax
- $2 SCR
- $15 MIR
Make $9.02 - tax
NOTE: The $2/1 WellnessCoupon can be used on the Olay as well. Using 2 coupons this would drop your OOP cost to $3.98 and bring your profit up to $13.02 for this purchase alone!
It say's on the Wellness coupons that you have to have the wellness card to use the coupons. Is this true.If yes how do i get the wellness card.
ReplyDeleteTHANKS.
Yes, you are supposed to use the wellness card with the coupons. The wellness card is only available in 4 test markets at this time (also stated on the coupons) and a 100 mile radius of these locations. You can sign up for the wellness card at Rite Aid or online. (I was just reading last night that the Wellness+ program is supposed to go nation wide sometime the middle of 2010.) That being said, many times the cashiers won't ask for the wellness card (if someone forgets) and the coupons scan just fine without it (but you don't get the wellness points that you would have if you scanned your card). Also, some Rite Aids outside that 100 mile radius are accepting the wellness coupons.

Most likely you can not. Since the coupon says on any 2 then the cashier would need to scan two bar codes of two separate items. The twin pack would be considered 1 item since it is packaged together and only 1 bar code would be scanned. The exception would be if the coupon stated $1 off of any 2 Crest or 1 twin pack (or something like that . . .). There is also a $0.75/1 Crest coupon in 11/29/PG exp. 12/31/09 if that is any help.
