But that time I just happened to have the coupons open on my computer, so I saved them to google docs. and posted a new link. Too bad this is not the case this time. : )Erin @ 1FaithfulStewardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16007525250283640138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4808021888619445789.post-48478126469222055452010-03-18T09:53:41.953-04:002010-03-18T09:53:41.953-04:00Hey Erin,

Do you happen to have another link to them?

DebbieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4808021888619445789.post-21610883919293106182010-03-15T21:40:07.095-04:002010-03-15T21:40:07.095-04:00Rite Aid is to refund you the entire amount regard...Rite Aid is to refund you the entire amount regardless of what coupons you've used. They get reimbursed for those coupons, so they are not loosing money. Since you are returning the items, and they are unable to give back your coupons, they are to refund the full amount.

If the store refuses to give you the full amount back, then very, very kindly insist that they return your coupons. I'd keep RA's customer service number in your phone too. (Note: this might be a more complicated issue because the items do qualify for a SCR. RA does reserve the right to refuse to accept a return on an item that has a SCR on it.)

Another thing you can do is to exchange the items. Go get the cheapest Biore strips you can find. Return the ones you bought using coupons and use the money they give you to purchase the new Biore strips using NO coupons. This may make the manager look more favorably on the transaction (As much as it is possible, I like to keep on good terms with the manager!). While you won't get the $5 sale price on the new Biore, you will recover some of your OOP costs.

ErinErin @ 1FaithfulStewardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16007525250283640138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4808021888619445789.post-61619611326579825372010-03-15T20:34:16.431-04:002010-03-15T20:34:16.431-04:00I have a question about returning things at Rite A...I have a question about returning things at Rite Aid. Last week I bought the last two Biore strips in the store and found out too late that they were not the ones on sale, and they were 9.99 each. I wanted to see if I could return them to get at least some of my OOP back, but not to make money. I thought they would just deduct the 5/20 and the VV coupons I used and give me the difference, but the assistant manager made me feel like a thief, returning items that I used coupons for. It might be that the total OOP was around 12 dollars, and the two Biore cost 9.99 each. Do you know what the policy is?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
